• Wim Hof Method - did weeks 3 - 6 (out of 10) in January and am absolutely loving it. You feel calm yet energized throughout the day and in these six weeks I have become much more flexible and really look forward to the cold showers
• No red meat - didn't do it for any particular reason other than to deprive myself of something I enjoy for a little bit

• London Real has a lot of great interviews. Have only seen Wim Hof, Chris Eubank and Elliot Hulse so far but they are fantastic.
