My monthly newsletter covers the books I have read over the course of the month, the challenges I undertook as well as some other interesting articles, blog posts, interviews, tools, hacks, etc.

Monthly Challenges

  • Learning about taiji (tai chi) has been really interesting since I knew nothing about it. I finished the rest of the books I got but it is definitely a skill which requires a lot of time and dedication is difficult to practice without a teacher or mentor. Interesting to learn about and something I will look to expand on moving forward
  • Didn't use any social media for the month which for me is only Facebook and Snapchat. Wasn't too difficult as I hardly use it anyway but definitley nice to completely unplug for a bit

"What the pupil must learn, if he learns anything at all, is that the world will do most of the work for you, provided you cooperate with it by identifying how it really works and aligning yourself with those realities. If we do not let the world teach us, it will teach us a lesson."
