My monthly newsletter covers the books I have read over the course of the month, the challenges I undertook as well as some other interesting articles, blog posts, interviews, tools, hacks, etc.

Books

Monthly Challenges

  • Foodist Kitchen - a recent sponsor of Ferriss' podcasts so thought I'd try it out. Great resource and learning guide for people who are nervous about cooking and want to improve. Use the link above and get 15% off (from Tim Ferriss sponsorship)
  • Continuing with Wim Hof - weeks 7-10. Haven't quite finished the course but pretty close. Highly recommend it! Yoga, meditation, exercise, cold exposure rolled into one. The guy is out of his mind (in the best way possible) and is onto something.

Other

  • Shane Parrish of Farnam Street puts together a great blog and I thought this post on how to live a long life (a la Seneca) was excellent. If you're not too familiar with Farnam Street, this interview with Shane broadly covers the blog's goal. Farnam Street is one of my favorite blogs and he does a great job detailing mental models, what success looks like, how to lead a happy and successful life, and much more. It is well worth the read!
